Cellular Health Essentials is a 12-week foundational course that teaches health through the lens of the four biological domains: Structure, Energy, Communication, and Repair.
Starting with how a healthy cell functions and progressing through how dysfunction develops, the course builds a complete framework you can apply directly to the health patterns you already encounter.
Participants can reason through health from the cellular level.
Explain how structure, energy, communication, and repair govern cellular function, and how disruptions in each show up as patterns of dysfunction.
Trace cause-and-effect relationships across biological processes.

Structure and function are inseparable. We trace cellular architecture from the plasma membrane to the organelles within it.
Structural integrity erodes gradually. We examine what happens when membranes lose selective integrity and dysfunction begins.
The cell runs on ATP. We trace how mitochondria convert fuel sources into usable energy and why that conversion underlies everything else the cell does.
Metabolism is not a fixed capacity. We explore what happens when energy demands outpace the system's ability to keep up.
Cells do not act in isolation. We trace how cells send, receive, and respond to signals that keep trillions of cells coordinated.
Signaling systems are designed to self-correct. We examine what happens when feedback loops lose calibration.
